Wildlife of Costa Rica
John and Viv Mitchell, RNHS members, gave an excellent illustrated talk about this fascinating and biodiverse country taking us from East Coast to West Coast, into the mountains and down the rivers to highlight the magnificent diversity to the flora and fauna of this country.
We were introduced to many of the magnificent birds of the country some of which were to be found around the accommodation John and Viv were lucky enough to stay in. Although the journey there and the travel around Costa Rica were not alway straight forward it was obviously a journey worth making.
