Outdoor Meeting: A Winter Walk

Our first outdoor meeting for 2023 was at Rutland Water Lyndon Reserve when Linda and Anthony Biddle led a walk through the reserve. A very social occasion to start the year. The walk took us along the path and up into Gibbets Gorse wooded area. The main focus was on Fungi of which several species were identified. On return to the visitors centre many members took advantage of coffee and cakes before returning home.
